Player Registration Guide

Follow this step-by-step guide to register your player through United Futsal’s platform.

Step 1: Visit https://app.unitedfutsal.com/auth/sign-up and fill in the information on the page, then click “next step”

Step 2: After verifying your email (with a code sent to your email address), you will complete YOUR PARENT PROFILE (this is NOT your player’s information, but the legal guardian’s information). Click Next Step.

Step 3: In the next window, you will select your adult account role. Select PARENT/GUARDIAN, and click NEXT STEP.

Step 4: In the next window, you will add your player account. Click “Create Managed Account”

Step 5: You will now complete your player’s information. 

IMPORTANT: Do NOT enter an email for the child UNLESS its a different email from YOUR EMAIL.

Step 6: You will now see your player. You may add more players to your account as needed. When you are done adding all your players, click “Continue”

Step 7: In this next step you will pay the $29 United Futsal player fee. This is a one-time fee for a player to be registered with United Futsal for the current competition season. Select all your players and click “GET MEMBERSHIP" and complete payment with your credit card information.

Step 8: Select the club your player will be playing for. Click “Ask to join” and the “CONTINUE”

Step 9: Now it’s time to verify your identity. Click “VERIFY IDENTITY” for the player you wish you verify.

Step 10: You will need to upload a passport-style photo for your player ID as well as a proof of age document. Make sure you select what type of document you are providing. Options include ID Card, Passport, Birth Certificate, and Driver’s license. Once you upload your documents, click “SUBMIT”

Step 11: Your identity should be verified pretty quickly and you should get a message like this:

Step 12: At this point you will get a window showing all your completed steps and any remaining steps you can complete, for example, verifying your identity as an adult (optional for parents, required for coaches and team managers).

YOU ARE DONE! 

You are now completed with your registration. Your club will review and accept your player registration and add you to your correct roster. Feel free to browse around the platform and get to know all the different features!
